also any ideas which files are uk/europe campsites which would work on my nuvi 3598LM ? ( acsi & motorhome facts show as icons and work)

Depending on what device you have you can unlock/decrypt the .gpi with decrypt_gpi or PGFT.
On newer devices all you have to do is download the Original .gpi change the FID and create a .unl using your devices ID in Garmin Unlock Generator v1.5 by JetMouse
