Well, I couldn't get it to work.

The files are OK, it's the problem of burning in PTP mode.

Most DVD DL are burned in OTP mode where the data is read from the inside to the outside on Layer 1 and then from the Outside to the inside on Layer 2.

The NAVTEQ discs are OTP where Layer 2 reads from the inside out. I haven't found out how to do this…
