The "best" is always the latest that TTHome offers you (unless you're wanting a truck map)

As for the Europe map...your old device has very limited space available for maps, certainly not enough for a full Europe map

You should download and study Poteo_Roke's coverage document which will help you select a map that includes the countries you need and will be small enough to fit:
