Both have Meta codes.

Ran Fastactivate, Option (1), then Option (2) Shows both maps (Error)

Then created a text file with both map details and codes etc as listed on the Meta Code listing. Saved in the root file. Fastactivate shows the error again.

Added the text file to each map root file and still an error.

Where am I going wrong. Help please

Did you rename the text file to mymeta.txt as previously discussed?

Would this be my A/Virus interferring etc during downloading or activating ?

When putting maps on an SD card you need to put a copy of ttgo.bif from the root of the device to the root of the SD card...and don't bother using TT Home either, it's of no use unless you want very minor updates to roads somewhere in the UK that you'll probably never drive on anyway.
