So I recently managed to find a Garmin nuvi 660 eu and seems the previous owner deleted the Garmin folder at some point, I was able to restore it for some part with Garmin webupdater and the maps from bbbike, however any help button doesn't work since the help files seem to be missing, and one of the buttons in the travel kit also seem to be missing

So is it possible someone has the files that are supposed to be in the Garmin folder for the Nuvi 660 eu by any chance?

Did you try to connect it to garmin Express ?
It will propose you to donwload all missing files.

Only downloads the base files plus firmware, car icons and language files, it doesnt seem to download any of the other files, or atleast did not prompt me
