bmp to vpr

Hello, I have a bmp image in igo primo to do UX, but the bmp image is not transparent. I tried to use png, but the image does not open in igo primo. I have to transform it to vpr. I want this program to convert bmp to vpr. VPRToolkit or iPAQ VPR Converter. Does anyone have a download link to send?

The .png must be converted to .bmp in the iGO format, this gives a transparent .bmp image, then it should open in Primo.
iPAQ/iGO Image Explorer does this - [Please Register or Login to download file]
