Please help Navigon lost password

I lost the password on my navigon Canada 310 navigation, I can't access the options, when I turn it on a menu appears asking me to enter the password.
Help me.Thanks!

Unfortunately, you have lost your device. Without Navigon support you will not be able to unlock it.
