After installation TomTom Navigation_v1.9b (easy install), I run the application and appears black screen with TomTom logo and message:
"Can't connect to TomTom. Try again later."
and it doesn't go any further.
What can I do?
Samsung Galaxy A7, Android 10.
I also tried reinstalling the whole phone...doesn't work.
Internet works, Google maps works....

ME TOO. I TRYED TO INSTALL SEVERAL VERSIONS IN 3 DIFFERENT DEVICES AND ONLY IN A LENOVO TAB I SUCCESFULY INSTALLED AND RUN CORRECTLY.
I GHESS IS SOMETHHING WITH SAMSUNG DEVICES BLOCKING THE ACCESS TO TOMTOM SERVERS IN CRACKED APPS.
I WAIT AND HOPE SOMONE FIND THE SOLUTION
