how to delet the original map on my garmin 1250!!!!

hi guys i have a garmin 1250 i updated with the new version 2012.30 but i still have the original map on the gps..i conected the gps to the pc but nothing i can not find the gmapprom...i selected the hiden files ..an still nothig ...ANY IDEAS??? thnx

The original map should be in folder [your garmin drive letter]:\.System which is hidden
