How can i use Finland - TOPO Suomi Pro v2 -map uploaded from here with my Garmin Astro 320 device?
Astro not find map from MicroSD card.
Pls, detailed guide.

Did you put the gmapsupp.img into folder Garmin on SD?

No i did't.
I have read many guides from here and some other page but didn't found any detailed instruction, only trendsetting. I'm so unexperienced computer user that i haven't dare to try anything updates yet and that's why i asked detailed instruction. I should be happy if somebody is so kindly that give them to me.

Copy the downloaded file gmapsupp.img into folder Garmin on SD! That's all.

From where?
I didn't find gmapsupp.imgfile.
Not from Garmin Astro, not from net???

You told in #1, that you downloaded TOPO Suomi Pro v2 and put it in SD - what did you download and copy on SD?
If you want help, you must tell, what you did, because I can't see that!

There is folder 'FAM_1168'-folder which included .img files from 00000002.img to 00000680.img (679 pcs of files), basemap.img, FAM_1168.reg, I0000490.TYP, MDRMAP.IMG, product.mdx and product.tpd files in SD.

Also there is file 'Garmin_Topo_Finland_V2.rar' which is not in 'FAM_1168'-folder.

Hi !

You downloaded the folder FAM which serves to install the map in Mapsource or Basecamp !
Sure if you copied that folder on a SD, you haven't seen anything on your GPS !
The best thing to do is either to download the gmapsupp.img file if you find it or to install the map in Mapsource (or Basecamp). In that second case, you will have to generate the gmapsupp.img file by selecting the whole map (all tiles) and sending them to your SD.

I didn't find gmapsupp.img file. Could somebody give me the hint from where i can find it?

Thanks for P!xeldealer and sergio2. Now i get one TOPO Suomi Pro v2 region working. I only change filename to gmapsupp.img and it start to working.
Now i need other regions. Could someone tell working link?
Also Topo Swerige Norrbotten is what i need.
