Any ideas or suggestions if SD card for RNS 315 nav system can be reused/copied ?

For reuse You need a simbian Nokia. Like n95 .

I thought N95 is a micrSD card. Have you tried it and worked for you ?

How does this work copying the sdcard with an symbian device? Do you need an unused Naviupdate for copying?

To unlock/lock SD card without loss of data, it is possible to use an electric circuit with ATmega processor.
Simply press the unlock button, delete deviceid file, press the lock button and it's done :-)
It is also possible to read CID of locked/unlocked card in PC using this circuit.
I build these circuits and send to the whole world...
