I have a novice question about the map files... My old Navteq map files had short titles e.g. "USA Arizona.fbl" The files here have much longer names (USA_Alaska_83_HERE_2014.Q1_140730.fbl). Will those files work as-is or do I need to edit the titles??

Don't worry about changing any names. They will work fine. .FBL extension is the main thing.
If it ain't broke don't fix it!

I just checked it again it works. It goes directly to the download page using Internet Explorer and Chrome browsers.

Not sure why it is doing that, if you put the link in directly without the navitotal redirect it takes you to the correct download page. The navitotal redirect (refferer cleaner) seems to chop off the url completely not sure why. Here is the same link again working remove the navitotal url off the front to get it to work.

I've tried to register at MEGA in the past and for some reason it couldn't happen. I was going back and forth with their support and nothing worked. I use FF [recommended by them FYI] and nothing. Can't download your link using FF and tried with the current IE. Still no download and received a message from your link that my IE browser needs updating. That's wrong because I use the most current.

EDIT: Tried to download using direct link instead of clicking on your link. Got this message. Cannot decrypt meta without decryption key.

Hmm thats strange it seems to work for me. Maybe try to download Chrome Browser. Usually this one give me the least problems of all the others. Also you don't have to register to download files at Mega, maybe clean all cookies with ccleaner and try again.

I know you don't have to register to download a file. I tried Chrome at one time - didn't care for it - so I deleted it from my computer. Besides supposed to work fine with FF. In fact, it is one of their recommended browsers. I even have the FF MEGA add-on installed. MEGA's speed is very good but............
If it ain't broke don't fix it!
