What system did you install it on? what software does it run?

It runs natively on the Becker built Mercedes Benz OEM Command NAV system known as NTG1.

This update is compatible with navigation systems on the following Mercedes-Benz vehicles:

CLS-Class (MY06-08)

E-Class Sedan (MY03-08)

E-Class Wagon (MY04-08)

SLK Class (MY05-08)

In addition to the models listed above this update is compatible with all Maybach models (MY04-12)

anyone tried it on a 2005-2008 SL?

Help please I can't get it to load! It says nav disc is loaded and It shows 2 progress bars but after 45 mins they never moved (showed progress) I shut it off as I was afraid of running the battery down. Am I suppose to do something else? I have a 2005 E500 wagon with harmon kardon.

Guessing the file got corrupted during the download, or the burn.

Good advice but still no luck. I did a new download from the this link http://bit.ly/1oRUPwR and burned it to a blank dvd. It loads and then I get the same screen showing progress bars but it never progresses. What is the procedure for putting the dvd in? I turned ignition on, ejected the current nav dvd (2004) and put in this dvd. Are there some buttons to push or anything to begin the upload? Does anyone have a copy of the iso that worked?
