You may have Microsoft Defender... search "antivirus" in Windows search bar and disable it.

You really do need to temporarily turn off your anti-virus because it keeps deleting FastActivate as it thinks it's infected (it isn't...it's known as a false positive)

Regardless of how you download the file either via direct download, torrent, magnet etc...your AV will keep doing the same until you disable it

Start button > settings > update & security > windows security > open windows security > virus & threat protection > virus & threat protection settings > manage settings > real-time protection > turn off....download the file

FastAktivate is a mesh on the moment
Don,t update the meta.txt use the one from the program. The meta.txt in the program is alright
