Sygic Mobile Maps 10 Version 704400

Hallo friends, can you help me please??
I have a GPS car navigation with Sygic Mobile Maps 10 Version 704400, and now y want to install the new map “ Western Europe “ but if y open this map than y get a screen with several file 200 Mb each. When y click on the map to open/download it, then the system send me to the next screen: relink-to, and then "file not found".
It’s not possible to open or download the map. Please, I am new on this forum and is it possible to help me by telling me step by step how to do it
