Device freezes on startup

Good evening , I have a Navigon 70/71 more but I delete the contents of the internal memory , I downloaded backup file that I find on your site but it remains blocked at startup on BL : 1.4 OS : OPENGL 1.59 : 375,
I try to fix it using fresh Navigon software but do not recognize it, could someone tell me what I should do if they please?
