Search on the internet for 'navigon europe map q1 2011' for the most recent maps.

First you install version 2.6.0 (cracked) of Navigon on your android, there are tutorials on the internet. Then you copu the maps on the SD card. Then you are able to upgrade to the newest Navigon 3.6.0 on the Android market.
