I accidentally formatted my Navigon 4310 MAX, can't restore

I accidentally formatted my GPS when trying to install new maps, I need it to work by tomorrow since I'm traveling.

I can't restore via fresh it says that it can't find the Navigon software.

Any help is appreciated, I really need this GPS to work!

Is there any way I can install a new software onto the GPS?

The PC recognize the unit (your Navigon)?What do you have, desktop or laptop,try to change the usb cable,or another usb port to maybe recognize the unit.

I have a laptop, I'll try another USB port. One thing to mention is that the computer does not install drivers it says it failed but anyways, when I connect it the screen in fresh changes so it has most likely recognized the device but it can't find the software
