I'm not sure what exactly you mean but since you are using WinCE you could use iGO8. When you press "Find", a "Find Coordinates" shows up on the next menu. Is this what you mean?

I think that iGO only has that feature. Why must you have Garmin XT?

I hope that you understand this. XT was created for WinCE from Garmin [Linux-based] by some folks a long time ago. It is ONLY a simple navigation program that gets you from point A to point B. It does not have the bells and whistles of the real thing.
