Which primo 2.4 did you download?

Also it's best practice to start with only one map installed, then add more later.

The previous error message was coming from the original Primo 2 (4 maps were there).
After that, I download iGO_Primo_9.6.13.405512_HONDA_Civic_Reborn_18JUN2014_MultiRes
and extract it to the SD card as new folder Primo24, put 1 map into the content\map, plug SD card into the car,
then from the Navisextras - Navigation setup I load the Primo.exe from Primo24 instead of Primo2.
After setup time zone then the application got restart - failed to load the map screen.
Am wondering now how to resolve it ...

Sound like a broken or corrupted download, download another copy.

I have only problem with this (Primo 9.6.13.405512) release is that I can't save any favorites. Software is trying to save but no results. Any suggestion? Unit is s100.

The link in post 85 is still working, on the last screen before the download, you must untick the box for "Download faster with 180upload download accelerator ".
Then click on the text just above the tick box for the dowloadable file.
