Hello!

From what I see it tries to load the navigation software from the internal memory (ResidentFlash usually means this). If what we can see on the picture is actually what is on the device, the factory reset probably wiped your iGo installation off, which is normal if the unit arrived without this software.
If I am right, the solution is easy but painful - download iGo first. Create a folder named "Primo" on your device, copy iGo there. Rename the .exe file on the device to "primo.exe". Now download maps, voices and whatever you please.

If you are lucky iGo will start - if not, you'll have to start adjusting options in the sys.txt... but let's not rush. Try the above, and come back with the results.

I'm in a little bit of confusion here. Just to be sure, can you please explain what "Removable Disk G:" and "Windows CE" are?

My guess is G: is an SDCard, while Windows CE will be the internal memory of the head unit. In this case the only problem is that the head unit wants to load the GPS software from it's internal memory and not the SD card... check it in the navigation settings of the head unit, it should allow you to change the executable file.

Yeah, I think you just need to reset the iGo path in the radio itself to point to iGo on the SD card. It looks like the factory reset set the iGo path to an internal location instead of the SD card, which is where it's actually installed...

@aehimself has you on the right path!

There is no SDCard or any removable card, the slot is empty, there are like two partitions on the first is windows ce, on the second is igo with
map and other files... when i plug in usb cable i get two options to click - charger or usb conection.
usb conection has two options - mass storage and ms activesync.
in mass storage mode two discs or partitions apears, first can not be opened, and second can and igo is there. second is named "Removable Disk"
in activesync mode the green screen automaticaly opens, and second partition with igo now i named " ResidentFlash" ??
content of first partition is now accessible and there are win ce files there
i think that i have to tell windows what file to open and where it is (somehow) ?

No, it is not :) Start up the head unit, and go to Settings. There should be something like navigation or navigation path there. Enter that menu, and select SD Card -> Primo -> Primo.exe

That should solve your issues. To be able to help further I'll need a model of the head unit you have, or a picture of the Settings menu; unfortunately all UIs are different :(

Sure thing, mate, glad it works :)

And if you accept a tip... make a backup of your SD card! Mine crashed once and it was a pain in the arse to start everything from scratch
