RT6 - eMyWay - WIP Nav + and SMEG / SMEG + 7 "Touch Screen Maps for Europe -

Activation of the mapping on RT6 (if necessary): after downloading the activation software,

1 / You must have a USB flash drive of 4 or 8 GB, then format it in FAT32.
2 / Copy all the files in the folder "RT6 Calculator" to the USB key
3 / Retrieve the files "CCT.DAT.INF" and "CCT.DAT" in folder "RT6 2016-1 Maps" and place them on the USB key.
4 / Insert this USB key, motor running, into the RT6, and answer "yes" to the question.
5 / You get the activation key that scrolls on the screen, within a few seconds.
6 / This activation key is also saved on your USB key,
In a new file called License (to be backed up).
7 / You can remove the USB key, erase everything except the License file,
And map it by copying all the files in the "RT6 2016-1 Maps" folder.


If you copy this license file to the CD or USB key used to update the cards,
It will detect it and will not even ask to enter the activation key.
Otherwise it will have to be returned (a long series of letters and numbers);
So it is better to include the license file in the update.

Simply put the USB stick with the mapping (and license file),
Wait for the detection of the media, and click on update cards;
Then choose the country to update (20 to 25 mn per country, engine running, and you can drive).

Enabling mapping on RT6 with the Java Builder (if method 1 does not work):



Just attached the Guide to upgrading and activating file.

Generator.jar must be run by the "Java (TM) Platform SE binary"

If a double click on the Jar file does not open the Java Console then right click and select Open with "Java (TM) Platform binary sE"

File CCT.DAT.inf must be:

SMEG = \ SMEG_UPG \ DATA \ CCT.DAT.inf

SMEG + = \ SMEG_PLUS_UPG \ DATA \ CCT.DAT.inf

SMEG + IV2 = \ SMEG_IV2_UPG \ DATA \ CCT.DAT.inf

I didn't found links in this guide and page 15 is missing.

RT6 Calculator is missing too.

works perfect

on Citroen Berlingo 2013 - 01

had not use a activation code during update, just copy all data on a 8GB Intenso USB Stick(Version Alu-Line,Fat32 Format-64kb), plug in , data files were verifiy and then i select a map and update.

After 25min all gone for one map.
