Hi there,

Downloaded it from UseNet (faster and easier) and installed it on my NG4 NaviDrive3D running firmware v32.05 in my Citroen C5 phIII / 2011. Had it installed with 2 USB sticks.
All is running fine!

I am looking around to see whether I can upload both ISO files in one piece, for your convenience

Regards,

Hi, guys. Than you for making the maps available to us. Today I finally finished downloading the compressed files, mounted the first disk and copied its contents to a FAT32 formatted USB memory stick, to the root directory. But when I plugged it in my C4 USB plug, the Navidrive screen showed a message stating that no audio files were present, but no updating process started. I tried inserting first the USB and then turning on the engine, and also plugging it in after starting. None worked, same results.
Any thoughts?
Thanks

Hi, on my NG4 WipCom3D is running firmware ng4_D_R23quat_R23.21. Do I need to update to v32.05 before updating the maps?
Is it possible to run the update from 2 different sources, e.g. SD and USB?
Sorry if these are silly questions, but it's the first time for me!

Thank you

I was looking at the new Peugeot 208 at the weekend and have arranged a test drive tomorrow. To get to the point, it is fitted with a new touchscreen multimedia unit and no CD but has a usb connection to connect a smartphone or usb pen to play music and view pictures. It also has bluetooth to connect to the mobile phone. The sat nav option is £400 extra and uses the same system. Do you think it would be possible to buy the standard model then upgrade it via the usb to add the sat nav software? I know it's possible to alter cheap sat navs to run TomTom maps via the SD card.

Update...I found out it cant be done because a special GPS/aerial needs to be installed at the factory, however I've been told that a smartphone with google maps could probably be connected using the cars touchscreen as the viewer...

C5 2008 with Navidrive MP3 HDD

Postby Dunston » Tue Aug 27, 2013 11:23 am

Hi all

Can you tell me if this will work on a C5 2008 with Navidrive, its not a touch screen and I do not see any thing indicating that its 3D or wip/com. If it wont , is there any that will.

regards
Dunston
