What do you mean error occurred?
What maps are you using?
what is your device spec actually?

I saw the error message from debug COM as below:
Exception 'Data Abort' (4): Thread-Id=04b3000a(pth=83eaf1f8), Proc-Id=04b2000a(pprc=8d7b045c) 'H8_C2.EXE', VM-active=04b2000a(pprc=8d7b045c) 'H8_C2.EXE'
PC=00086a90(H8_C2.EXE+0x00076a90) RA=00086a58(H8_C2.EXE+0x00076a58) SP=0052f8c4, BVA=00000000
Tested map version are "8_MAP_11Q204V1.0" & "8_MAP_11Q206V1.0" (download from other web site).
My device is running CE 6.0 with ARM11 & 256MB DRAM. GPS port is COM2 B9600
