Hi,
Needing help for above gps unit. When booted up, stuck at the boot up screen and won't any further. Asked for help from Eastgear and M3 Asia and both refused as I do not have their sticker so not their product...anybody can help???

Where did you buy from?

Try send back to your suppliers maybe they can solve your problem......

It need to reflash the OS!

got it as part of a package when purchasing a car. So don't have any clue who is supplier? Do you know anyone who can help with the reflash of the OS?

which/what version of software that you used before it happen like this?

1)papago x3,x5,x6,x7 --> should be small problem
2)papago m3gps x8,hong kong x8, Taiwan x8(june version) --> die! ,no hope.(no firmware to recover)
3)others navigation software --> should be small problem
