PapaGo Can't Locate Current Location

Hi All,

suddenly my Papago can't detect current location.
Car: Mazda 6
Device Player ID: CASKA CA3642
Hardware Version: WA V01

NAV Software: PAPAGO！ M3 GPS X5 Navigation System PND Edition
Maps used: Malaysia (MFM-PPG-110802C)

Please see images attached as below.
Pic 1 shows arrow with question mark.
Pic 2 shows no effective starting point.
Pic 3 shows my GPS nav in car built-in system can get co-ordinates, but the map just won't show matching the co-ordinates

I've similar problem, but I fixed it with x8.5 as advised by Monster GPS, refer to below link for more detail:
