Hello,

I bought the Philips GPS PNS 400/12 almost 2 years ago ...the same day i register the GPS for the free maps updates ( life time ) at DPA Europe and also for the 20 euro cash back . So i make a mistake by filling in the promo code number ( i wrote the wrong code number )...the number was inside the box !! I get no message wrong number .Inside the box there was also a note ...for the maps update once or twice in a year . So after 7-8 months a get on the message on the gps like ...maps need updates . But how to do ?? so i send a mail to philips in The Netherland ...months later i get the answer ...that i have filled in the wrong promo code number ....so nu free maps updates ,Never !! so this is the Philips service over and out !! 15-16 months after the day i bought the gps a get the 20 euro cash back .

who can help me .

regards françois

Everything works fine on my side. Maybe shut down the virus scanner temporarily helps.
