Installation:

Unrar the compressed folder in C:\Garmin (C:\Garmin\USTOPO24K_xxxx_xx)
Run Install.bat file as Admin
Launch Mapsource, select the new map

To uninstall, run Uninstall.bat file as Admin

Maps are unlocked.
