Q: the D3599150A.jcv goes under "[GARMIN[/JCV/D3599150A.jcv" and the 3D img goes in the same folder that the map?

Hi,

I can't install!!
I tryed directly to SD card and with Mapsource and Map Install; I always get a error:
"Cannot unlock maps. Paps are corrupt and cannot be used. Go to [Please Register or Login to download file] to download the lastest maps"

What can I do?

@masterman: download the UnLocked from Original Image - South America: one part at the time, then, extract them and copy manually into your GPS where the current *.img is located
it worked for me

then download Map Source Data with .msi installer: UnLocked one part at time...
then extract it and install it on Wimdows

Hi,

There are a problem, I want install those maps in a SD Card, because if I install directly to my Garmin I would be loosing the original maps (USA maps)
I downloaded the 2 unlocked options.
I tryed copy the *.img to the SD card and not work, I get the error Cannot unlock maps....
I tryed installing the *.msi image to mapsource, in mapsource appear as not locked, but when I transfering to a SD card my garmin says the same error Cannot unlock maps....

I don't understand what happen

I have my old nuvi 205.
The SD card work ok with nuvi 205 but appear locked with nuvi 2689.

What happen??
