Instructions:

1. Just extract and run navitel.exe, the default one is at COM 1

2. If your PNA using other than COM 1 port, find the appropriate exe from the universal folder, copy it to the main directory, overwriting the default one

3. U can use nm2 map with this release, as long as u put a navitel 5 index file along with the nm2 map in the same folder

I have tried this software installed to PND with Windows CE 6.0 and HU Caska Windows CE 5.0 equipped with Navnet Map 2.37u. This software is working both CE 5.0 and CE 6.0. The display is more simple compared with version 5.x.x.x

There is no error due to map rendering. But it seems this software require a lot of memory for creating route and map rendering. For long destination navigation >50 km, there is message "not enough memory". Can somebody help how to solve this problem ?

It's the map, apparently the index file from navnet 2.37u installation is still not 100% compatible with navitel 7 engine :/

Dear Paleskin, I have tried to install Navnet Map 2.37u into Navitel 7.5.0.110 (Android 4.0), there is no error on map. Even I navigate for 500 km distance, the processing is smooth and no error. I think I can consider that Navnet Map is ok.

I suspect there is compatibility problem between OS (Win CE 5/6) with Navitel 7.0.0.377.

Anyone knows how to use nm7 maps? nm7 maps can be used in android 7.5.xx version, but I tried put the maps into CE7.0 version, it can't be recognized.

What folder that 5 index file contain ? I have search but not found them.

Hi, I used nm2 map with index from navitel 5, but only white screen is shown. I presume the application able to read the map as it is showing in the bottom of the screen the street.

Making a route from point A to point B is also possible, as blue line is shown between point a and point B. Checking the said route in the route plan, indicates the correct streets to be covered by the route and the distance between turns. The problem is that when in map mode only white screen is displayed (and turns black if set to night skin).

Any advice please......TIA

as i see you are from Philippines...why do you use NM2? there is a new Philippines Map in NM7 format (Q2 2014).
download the software and new Philippines map and enjoy it.

in this version you don't need to setup com port and baud..it is auto setting.

hi trosten, tried to run the system but just keep on trying both the SIRF and NMEA-0183. checking the satellite setting, it shows com port 1 at 57600bps. it seems that the application not able to open the GPS receiver. any idea how to manually set the com port? my device works on various ports, except 1, and various bitrate.

Actually, in other GPS application, com port 1 is also working. But don't have idea why in Navitel, it seems not to work in com port 1.

Any advice please..... TIA

Dear Romeo download the Navitel's Patcher from [Please Register or Login to download file] and then you can manually set the comport and Baud Rate.
