I installed mio unlocked "Visual"
and now it works fine with igo8 maps only!
I want to install another maps like mio "I lost the folder", Garmin, Tom tom and sygic maps!

Not quite sure what "I lost the folder" means, but going to the relevant sub-forum here and reading the tutorials is a good place to start...

Mio maps didn't not work after the unlock so I deleted the folder !

Mio software is locked to the device, so unless you have a backup, it's gone. For the others just copy the applications folder to the device and set up a icon to point to it, note that tomtom and Garmin can be picky about what devices they run on.

OK, Now I want the backup of the application folder "mio" : )

Do you have one? As it's unique to your device, nobody else will have it.

Question: Can I install MioPocket 3.0 for my device or not? ?

Is that a backup from before you modified it? If so, restore it.

Miopocket is the source of many problems, and besides 3 is outdated, miopocket 4 release 68 is current.
