So if i'm going to download the map Western Europe i won't have to do anything with a meta code I assume and just go through the exact the same process as I have done for the map Morocco...

No, FastActivate already contains all available meta codes and lists them in a file called 'Integrated_meta'....select option 9 to update to latest

You need to download a map that suits your needs and whose meta appears in that file so that it can be activated

You might want to have a look at Razorblatters very useful post here for a possible map, Postcodes and SpeedCams....read the instructions on how to install

First of all, for any XL IQ Routes, use the 9.54 navcore, which is much usefull.

Have you told TomTom about this?

It might be a good idea as it looks like they've got it wrong...they say the latest version for the XL IQ Routes is 9.510 [Please Register or Login to download file]

My XL IQ Route runs with the 9.54 navcore. It presents a different toolbar from the 9.51, with a 2D/3D button.

I have some screenshots, but I don't know how to insert them in a post...

2D or 3D had got nothing tot do with it.
I would say that the difference is that 9.540 device have got TTS support.

In post 34 the frase was.
First of all, for any XL IQ Routes, use the 9.54 navcore, which is much usefull.

And I wanted to know what is the advanced compare to the 9510.

The answer was 2D/3D button wich the 9510 has to and before the discussion go further.
The 9510 has TTS support to. I use it for years now.
So basicly I see no difference between the 9510 and 9540.
