Please check and follow the instructions in the 905 map thread.
Use fastActivate in the latest version to patch the Navcore and activate the map.
You can confirm the map is ready if a .dct file with the name of the map was created.

There are never any downloads on Navitotal that require a Premium account!!

FastActivate ALWAYS works, if done correctly.

Confim that there is a Southern_Europe-713.meta.dct file in the Southern Europe map folder.
