[Help] Europe 950 6493 Patch (Carminat)

Hi,

I need some help patching the map Europe 950 6493.

I have a TomTom Carminat in a Renault.
I got a new SD card and activated it in the car (It told me "You can now use this SD card with your TomTom device")
Then I copied all the data from the old (original) SD card onto the new one.
After that I downloaded the Navcore (navcore_8840.380186.Carminat_TomTom) and extracted it in the main folder of the new SD card.
Then I downloaded the map "Europe 950 6493 with Automatic Installer & Patcher" an run the installer.
But when I tried to use the new SD card in my TomTom Carminat it says I can't use this card.
I tried to Patch the Map with FastActivate but I get the Error "Europe-100381.meta => .dct ERROR"
I tried the "Update Meta.txt" Option of FastActivate and it tells me it is up to date (26.06.2015). I also created a File (Meta.txt) in the main folder or/and the map folder of the SD card containing the Meta Code
E4 B4 AB D0 B6 98 11 4D B5 21 E4 C5 6A F4 99 16 Europe-100381.meta ; Europe 950_6493
but I still get the error.
I searched for a file with ".meta.dct" in the map folder and could not find any.

Can anybody tell me what I am doing wrong?
