Tom Tom One Update Help

I am looking for some help updating my tom tom one, I have no idea where to start.
Any help will be appreciated and thank you in advance.

this is my configuration file:

TTGO.BIF:
DeviceName=TomTom ONE
DeviceVersionHW=ONE (v8)
BootLoaderVersion=55019
ApplicationVersionVersionNumber=8014
ApplicationVersion=9372
CurrentMap=Western_Europe_1GB

Not Found...

Not Found...

so I'm trying to download "Europe 1GB West 955 6801 with Automatic Installer & Patcher" which I believe to be the correct map I need but no links are working they all say files have been removed

just an update I found a link to download the maps and fastactivate on a different forum and its all done very easy to do thought it was going to be a nightmare
