Hi im new here, I would like help with my TOM TOM which is wiped and says NO MAPS when i turn it on it was working fine longtime ago now i cannot get my map back on for UK. I some how got these details, Could you help me easiest way to get UK maps back on it please.

Posting the same thing 3 times around the forum won't help you get an answer any quicker

1) Make a backup of your Device and delete the map.

2) Copy the chosen map to your Device in his own folder.
If you open the map you see the loose files and probably a folder (brand).
Not a map in a map.

3) Copy "FastActivate.exe" to your TomTom device in the root
topic19452.html
Run "FastActivate.exe".
Select 2 and 3
Wait for the announcement navcore Patched.

Done

I see that you have a folder with the name
United_Kingdom_and_Republic_of_Ireland
Empty this folder and put the new files in it.'
After that aktivate

I did that

Is this where i put FastActivate.exe and activate it? I activated it but it just load and disappears.

Il try it again...

After trying 2nd time.... Deleting everything from UK IRE folder and replacing it with files you have given shows same error.

Also FastActivate.exe activated it from Tom Tom One folder.

Please guide me where im going wrong.

That is the right place. I may not disappear so switch off your virusscanner.

Yap Done that still doesnt work. Just window pops up and disappear.

I don,t see where it go,s wrong. I just downloaded FastAktivate unpacked it and used the exe file. Everything works.

Is there any other ways? I did not say but this tom tom were updated by a shop i gave it to and he gave it back with new maps not sure it that were genuine. Can i delete Everything on this device and install everything fresh?
