There is another download in progress from your IP. Please t

Im trying to download the tutorial on dismantling devices,and constantly get the above message. Any suggestions to remedy this please, and obviously there is not another download in progress.

Never seen that before...
Have you tried a reboot of your PC and modem?
If you don't have a static Ip it should help.

I have seen this message many times before.
At my workdesk, the company firewall blocks all downloads and then displays the identical message. Always about a download of +20GB .
So if you are at your workdesk too, try again at home.

Thanks for the suggestions but I am at home and reboot does not help. I have used the site before but this message is new to me and I can't seem to get passed it.

if you use some proxy then someone can download behind same proxy ? (this is just one solution)
