How to install TomTom Start 20 Central Europe map ?

Hello!

I want to install new map on my TomTom (Central Europe), but i don't know how to do that ...
Could you please help me , which NAVCORE version, map version, etc. i need to install?

There information from my TomTom :

Tomtom Start 20 (ext. SD card 4GB)
4EN42 Z1230

Device Aps: 3121C01847 (0) (21.3)
App: 12.071.1370596.84 (0) 2092.,2013.9.12.) OS 1344689
Maps: Europe v865.3243 (1/2011)

Please describe step by step, thank you!

Bad News!! It can't be done!!
Read this in the Tutorial Section: Important note for new Tomtom models like VIA, Start20/25, Go1xxx - please read!
