Have you tried a hard reset (hold reset for30+sec) and the TT clear flash tool?
Have you followed the instructions?

Which SE truck navcore are you trying as I'm not sure which, if any, will run on your device.

So far these have only been proven to work on the x00, ONE XL (v1 & v2), One (v1-v4) x10, x20, x30, x40 & x50's.

In which case I'm pretty damn sure this device cannot run the truck map as I've certainly not heard of anyone running this in anything other than those I previously mentioned.

Just as a last try : [Please Register or Login to download file]
Password : downunder
This is the current truck Navcore with a V9 Kernel embedded.
It might work with the same restrictions as on the X50 devices or might not work at all on your device - I never tried it.
To install :
Unpack the archive to an empty SD card.
Add a map if like, but keep in mind that you need a copy of your ttgo.bif to activate the map, the Navcore is already patched.
Now start your TT.
It will reboot once to complete the installation of the Navcore.
Preconfigured to the model ID36 (XL Live), but can be changed in the menu to some other emulations.
If the device still freezes you won't have any uck to get a truck Navcore running.
If all goes good but the menu looks weird use the skin chooser and change to 25, confirm by a doubleklick in the center of the screen.

Good luck!

That'll be interesting to find out if it works. Fingers crossed!

You're welcome, but now you should get a new map, your's is outdated ;)
Glad this version works on your XL, but keep in mind that you have to hold the power button for 15sec. to completely turn the device off.
Otherwise it will drain your battery after 2 or three 3 days not being used.
