2gb maps and not

whats the difference between 2gb maps and not the 2 gb ones
for example: Western and Central Europe 855.2884 - Western and Central Europe 2GB 855.2884
The Western and Central Europe 855.2884 unpacked is in size about 2.25 gb

There is diffrent coverage in both maps the description is pretty much identicall apart from the bit i have highlited but see the pictures below.
They are both 2309.8 MB (According to tomtom.com)
