Did you think I wouldn't have come to that idea myself?
Tried some options, but it only converted the title in one csv file.
Another corrupted my file associations and icons.
A third wouldn't read the files. etc.

Try TurboCCC Extra POI Editor. That's the one I find most useful.

A critical note here
Why do you keep fixed on ov2 files?
When you can't find .txt files for IGO/Primo (not all txt files are suited) then try Garmin or ...
Or goto POI Plaza and get the speedcam files for free.

I'm not fixed on ov2 files, just more recent information.
TXT would be the most handsome.
Especially the speedcams.
I'm not familiar with all that info in txt files.
So trial and error.
Still happy with a bit more recent data, although two or three years old al least.
One point for instance, the way out of this city in one direction is blocked for a couple of years and the device still routes that one.
Last time I drove in Belgium, where it leads me trough almost every chicken-farm or village at night, while I wanted the highway (fasted option selected)
Belgium doesn't care about a unique but expensive tunnel under the Schelde and nowhere you find a sign. They direct you rather to pay for their own tunnels.

So? you should find it here or elsewhere easily, still you keep nagging about ov2 files which are TomTom.
When links are dead, PM the uploader or search on other forums.

I don't see the point here.
And when you should do some effort, it would be easy enough to find what all numbers in the text file mean.

Same answer as before. When you looked around, you would easily find more recent material. The TomTom maps for IGO/Primo are the same maps (in origin) as on TomTom devices. Only the compression differs. HERE maps are (in my eyes) not as good as TomTom maps, but that is personal. Temporary detours are not on any map.

As your experience in Belgium, I cannot share that. I had no problem driving under the Schelde without paying (or pay if I wanted to). Just followed the route. Maybe your settings are wrong? Did you pick highways as roads to choose or to avoid?
Maybe choose tunnels to avoid? Toll to avoid? Did you even know IGO and Primo have these settings on board?

You should mark that section of road as blocked so iGo knows not to use it.

Well of course i checked for the toll tunnel in Belgium, (normally I check out toll points).
Don't know why it mislead me?
Option set on fast, so highway is logical, but a part of that route is not a highway.

I tried to block that specific turn out of my city but how could I map that?
I mean, you can turn right only to The Hague, not left to Utrecht.
But from another part of that same road, you can't go to Den Hague, but you can turn left to Utrecht.
So that's a choice to make and how could I implant that, cause now i have to put a second very specific block on the exact entrance in every route?
I shell ad an example later.

Now the black and the red route are strictly separated at the right turn entrance to the Hague.
If I take the red route it's significantly longer to get on the highway from my place.
The device however doesn't know this separation exists.

You do not mark sections of route as blocked. You mark sections of road that are blocked.

Mark on the map which sections of road that are blocked, then iGo will route a different way.

If you are talking about the premium speedcams then these are encrypted and can't be converted.

Ok, but how could you distinguish a small concrete wall between these two options on the map over say 100 mtrs ?

Your English is not clear enough for me to understand the problem, but each section of road can be marked as blocked. Unless you try, you can't do it.

Well the problem is that you have to be extremely precise to add something on the same road.
For instance the left or the right lane and in this case even the lanes in the same direction.
What's so difficult in understanding that a barrier is placed between these sections?
Preventing one to turn left or right?

Is there a way to speed up the very slow process of route-simulation in IGO 8.3?
I't like driving a car with less than 20 M/hr
I know there is an overview option but that's not what I want.
Just moving a bit faster, with voice, because it's time consuming on an even relative long route.
The overview option won't let you show the details. (like 3 D) it jumps to the map mode in 2 D. at longer distances.
