Try the new config file that mikymouse, sorry mikyhouse55, posted yesterday. I don't say that will solve the crashes, but I don't know what else to advise since 2.4 proves to be "buggy"

FWIW : 2.4 crashed on my gps, when setting a POI as destination. The new global_cfg seems to solve that issue.
No guarantees however.

Hi nabi,

I was just wondering if you could update the URL you specified above, since all I see when I click on it is this:

Now I can also confirm that selecting 'Preview' for potential detour works.

NaviTotal.com rocks!

this one is 800x480 resolution only. Worked for mine. Keep your own license's. I added these ones in because they work on mine and you can use them to test if it is a license problem..

If I could share my experience a bit in this thread, I found that the font files were causing my GPS unit to crash at the end of the loading sequence (splash screen).

So I then replaced breadrecipe's font files with the original ones from my DATA.ZIP, and then it loaded just fine.

I also can confirm that now my GPS unit doesn't crash upon picking roads to avoid. I will test other things such as potential detour when I get the chance.

Cheers!

The bread recipe files can't be downloaded, and my GPS crashes. What can I do?

My 2.4 9.6.13.267029 also crashed trying to avoid roads. 9.6.13405512 doesn't anymore, at least on my device.
Try it.
