Looking for Garmin software for my Eonon D5163

I'm new to all this and need some help in finding a North America map so I can install it on my Eonon D5163 car unit. It has software installed right now on a mini SD card. I hate the GPS maps on it & was hoping to install Garmin software. I have had portable Garmin units for years and love their programing. Just wondering if I can do this and need some help to achieve this. Hope someone can help, thanks.

Garmin can be tricky to get working, and may have limitations with saving settings etc, it's probably best to try with iGO8 or iGO Primo.

NA maps for iGO are available in the iGO map section.
