Help Identify HU for software upgrade

hello,

i google several months seeking to identify my Head unit software without any success
my objective is to upgrade its software. below is what i get from device info:

HMI: KED010.1.1 15.12.10.14.07

MCU: KE_QJ.160415(54)

MEDIA: MMP.2015.9.16.14.2.

NKV: A10.2.0. 2015.11.30.10.27

i am realy lost here, any help would be very much appreciated

One way to see what OS it uses is to plug the unit or SD card using a card reader into the computer via a USB cable and see what type of files it uses. Then you can try using a program.
If it ain't broke don't fix it!

hi thanx for the reply, i'm sure it uses WinCe because the SD card contains igo8.exe which is used for gps

Not completely. Look at the rest of the files/folders and see if there are for Android. That tells you the OS.
If it ain't broke don't fix it!
