enable voice street names on tt 3rd

ive got a tomtom 3rd edition and wonderin if im able to get the street names read. Iv seen a few posts sayin to extract the vocalizertts folder but every link i clink on doesnt work.

If anyone can upload the files and give me a small guide on how to make it work it will be very apreciated.
