This is definitively a cracked version by Brown Dog from another forum. Credits for his hard work are in place.
Nothing wrong with it, except the maps are a bit old.

So why did you try to download a Portuguese/Brasil crack when all you really had to do was update the maps + license (and global_cfg)? What was wrong with that build?
Newer is not always better and as I said somewhere: I don't understand why users forget that a GPS's main purpose is to guide you from A to B, not to have the newest and the most features that are even most of times useless and/or distracting!

the only reason i was looking for other versions was that at first it wasn't locating and locking on to the satellites. the after hitting the forum i had to update the sys. and it began locating satellites quicker but still had problem locking on to the and when i would try to navigate..it will locating the starting point and destination but then when u hit the Go it just never went anywhere.. i may still have the screen shots to show you

Happy New Year!!

To business now :D
So your device found no satellites? Then always first thing to do is check the device and its connections. Second, when technical all is okay, wait because the device thinks it is in China and (I suppose ;) ) you are not. The GPS is expecting satellites to be on a certain place in space above China and they are - of course - not there at that particular spot. Thus the GPSmust search for them. That can take a while before it can lock on to the satellites.
For the other issue (no navigating) I have no immediate explanation.

Anyway, what wonders me is that you right away were looking for another IGO instead of addressing to the reseller (what you finally did). So when you bought a car that don't start, you replaced the engine right away?

As u can see its locating satelites...now im not suee if this is even harware related as inhave teied Google maps which does locate me using offline maps but doesnt quite navigate in real time some times it can green light as much as 24 satelites and fluctuate bettween 11 and 24 consistently but the the accuracy still remain at None and the UTC remains un available

Technically the device finds the receiver and the receiver finds satellites. Thus first conditions are met.
Now why the accuracy is zero? Is that a one timer or it keeps happening?
And what the reseller said about it?

I have no immediate answer as I have never seen that accuracy is none. Or have, but just for a few seconds.
What I would have tried is power off/on, or a reset of the device.
